GMCI™: a local therapy that fights residual disease and systemic micro-metastases

The Company’s products target unmet medical needs, have strong scientific justification, short term endpoints and favorable competitive positions. Advantagene has three ongoing clinical programs. Advantagene’s lead product is entering a pivotal Phase 3 study.

A Phase 2 study has recently been completed in malignant gliomas, and a Phase 1 study is currently active for pancreatic cancer.

In addition, Phase 1 studies have generated promising data in other solid tumor types including colon cancer, mesothelioma, and ovarian cancer. Development of GMCI™ in these indications will be considered as resources permit.
