Advantagene:  Making the “Standard of Care” for cancer work better

Advantagene is a privately held biotechnology company based in Auberrndale, Massachusetts just outside of Boston.  We focus on decreasing the incidence of tumor recurrence after initial treatment with radiation, surgery or chemotherapy. Cancer progression and recurrence, after initial therapy, is a key under-served, unmet medical need. Advantagene has developed Gene-Mediated Cytotoxic Immunotherapy (GMCI™) to address this need.

Promising clinical data has allowed Advantagene to recruit key opinion leaders as advisors and collaborators. In addition to helping craft effective clinical and regulatory strategies, these advisors are an asset in recruitment of additional investigators and eventual product adoption by the medical community.
